The woman threading my eyebrows was moving as if she was in a Race with someone! when I seen the finished results it looked as if she barely did anything “I have thick brows”. I asked for them to be thinner and an actual arch and she said umm are you sure so I just paid and left as not to risk leaving with something I could not fix 😅 Ps. I was the only customer in the shop so there was no line of people waiting.
Had my lashes done there twice. The first time she used so much glue I looked ridiculous. Second time, yesterday I had a different person. Had the lashes applied at 10am when the store opened, by 3pm I was lashless. They literally fell off in one single hunk.
I’ve been going to EM Lash Studio every other Monday and I absolutely love it. Divya is incredibly skilled, professional, and consistent with her work. My lashes always turn out perfect and the service is top-tier. I highly recommend EM Lash Studio.
Used to get my eye lash extensions done here for a very long time loved this place, went today had to go back and get them redone twice! Currently has been 5 hours and my other eyelash extension fell completely off, sadly going to have to find a different place
This place used to be awesome but skillset has declined significantly over time. It is a rotating door with new employees that are less and less experienced every time I go. Unfortunately will need to find a new spot, the most recent experience I had the specialist couldn’t even do a simple eyebrow clean-up/thread.
